The launch is 90 feet wide and quite deep. Top landing is possible for both hangies and paragliders.
The launch is owned by Ed Keel and is under the control of
Rocket City Air Sports. Greg Gilliam is
a good contact for flying here. There is a $100.00 yearly fee to fly
the site and a waiver must be signed before flying. Make the check payable

 There are powerlines at a 3.7 to 1 glide from
launch so beware. The LZ owner is Bud Watson, a retired Judge who is friendly and religious.
Please watch your language and respect his land.

NO flying from Nov until Mar 1st because of the deer hunting lease
Access to the site requires a key which will cost $5 after you become a member of
Rocket City Airsports
Only one vehicle can travel from inside the gate to launch.
That single vehicle must use a different route each time to avoid creating
a track.
The gate MUST be locked at all times.
